STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. *N.B. LAMCO INDUSTRIES LTD, shall retain full ownership of all delivered goods and hereby reserves the right of access to obtain possession of such goods, until full payment is made.
2. The customer must check all goods to ensure that they are complete and in GOOD CONDITION before leaving LAMCO INDUSTRIES LTD.
3. Claims for Physical Damage or Short Delivery will not be entertained at a later date.
4. Customers wishing to return items for credit or refund must do so within fourteen (14) days from the date of Purchase and subject to a 15% restocking fee. 
5. No returns accepted after 2 weeks of bill date.
6. Goods can only be returned if unused in original condition, and complete with original packaging and instructions. 
7. Credit or Refund cannot be given without original proof of purchase, including Bill of Sale.
   
8. It is in the interest of the Customer that they select goods appropriate to their individual requirements. For example: Residential goods should not be purchased for Commercial use.
   
9. LAMCO INDUSTRIES LTD will charge interest at a rate of 2% per month on all overdue bills.
